I have been reading about their deal with Staples, and if the idea takes (robotic warehouse management) this company will revolutionise retail and industrial inventory management. Ironically its brilliant business plan was born out of failure -- the founder came from Webvan, and the whole concept for Kiva came from the inventory management issues that contributed heavily to that company's demise.
